Our Proprietor

CA. VRIDHI DALAL the proprietor of the firm and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India holding a Certificate of Practice since July 2015. She has been handling tax compliances and providing audit & assurance services to her clients for 10+ years and takes pride in her loyal and satisfied cliental. She is a second generation Chartered Accountant who has additional valued support & guidance of senior Chartered Accountant with 35+ years of experience.

• Registered GST Practitioner since 2017
• Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) (ICAI) since 2017
• Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by the IASB, ICAI since 2017
• Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD, ICAI) since 2020
• Internal Auditor for Stock Brokers (2022-2025)
• Certificate Course Overseas Outsourcing Services (US Market) – ICAI since 2024
